PRIVACY STATEMENT

Many thanks for visiting our website www.granuband.com. While we have your attention, we’d like to tell you about our privacy policy.

From 25 May 2018, what was known as the Personal Data Protection Act changed into the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and as a result of this we are no longer allowed to store your data without your explicit permission. At Granuband we have incorporated the current legislation and regulations into our privacy policy. Granuband applies organisational, legal and technical measures according to the latest amendments of the applicable privacy regulations and legislation.

If you ask Granuband to carry out an assignment, we will process your data on the basis of this specific assignment. The legal basis for processing your data is the agreement that we enter into with you as a client and stakeholder. If, during the execution of this assignment, it turns out that we need to process the specific and explicit data of stakeholders with third parties, we will make specific agreements about this in the relevant commissioning contract and then document these in a processing contract.

If Granuband is asked to start a recruitment and selection procedure, or if you send Granuband an open application, we will ask you to provide the relevant information so that we can satisfactorily implement these procedures. By registering with us, or submitting your letter of application and/or your resumé, you are giving us permission to process your data. The personal data that we will then process are your name, address, contact details (such as your email address) and resumé.

We will use this personal data internally to select a suitable candidate for our client. To properly protect your personal data, we have configured physical, electronic, technical and organisational procedures.

After receiving your permission we will store your data, in principle, for a maximum of two years. If your situation changes in the meantime you can, of course, inform us accordingly. After that two-year period has elapsed, we will either delete your data or approach you to inform you and, if applicable, ask you whether we can store your personal data for longer.

Granuband also gathers data about the use of the website, including data on visitor numbers and the pages they visit. This data enables Granuband to improve the website and adapt it to the general requirements of its users. To this end, anonymised data from Google Analytics is used. This data is neither stored nor further processed. Granuband does not use cookies or comparable techniques.

Furthermore, we would like to assure you that we do not use automated decision-making processes based on your data.

If you have any questions, about our privacy policy, accessing your data, or complaints, please get in touch with us at: info@granuband.com.
